By using Forcefi.io and participating in token sales, including the Forc token IDO or any future fundraising events on our launchpad, you agree to these Terms of Use.

**User Responsibilities**

* You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
* You agree not to engage in illegal or harmful activities, such as attempting to manipulate smart contracts or disrupt the platform.
* You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and access to claimable tokens.

**Intellectual Property**

All content on Forcefi.io, including text, logos, and code, is owned by Forcefi and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

**Disclaimers**

* Forcefi.io and its decentralized smart contracts are provided "as is" without warranties.
* Forcefi is not liable for losses due to platform use, token claiming, or blockchain-related issues.

**Limitation of Liability**

Forcefi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or participation in token sales.

**Dispute Resolution**

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seychelles. You waive the right to join class action lawsuits.
