• You agree not to engage in illegal or harmful activities, such as attempting to manipulate smart contracts or disrupt the platform.

• You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and access to claimable tokens.

Intellectual Property

All content on Forcefi.io, including text, logos, and code, is owned by Forcefi and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Disclaimers

• Forcefi.io and its decentralized smart contracts are provided "as is" without warranties.

• Forcefi is not liable for losses due to platform use, token claiming, or blockchain-related issues.

Limitation of Liability

Forcefi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or participation in token sales.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seychelles. You waive the right to join class action lawsuits.
